Change the following constructions to an adjetivo posesivo and noun according to the example:

Example: la mesa de ella
su mesa

1. el gato de Juan y María

2. las sillas de ti

3. el hermano de mí

4. la computadora de tu y yo

5. la mesa de usted

6. la mesa de ustedes

7. los libros de tú y yo

Write the correct participios for the following dialogue (the irregulars are italicized):

María: Hola Jose. ¿Dónde has ___(8) (estar)?

Jose: Yo he (9) (estar) trabajando (I have been working.) No he ___(10)___(dormir) en días.

María: Hoy he ___(11)___(estudiar) un libro entero (whole).

Jose: ¡Qué casualidad! (What a coincidence) Hoy he ___(12)___(escribir) un libro entero.

María: ¿Dónde está el libro?

Jose: Lo he ___(13)___(poner) en tu mesa.

María: No lo he ___(14)___(ver).

Jose: Tienes razón, lo he ___(15)___ (decir) en broma (You are right, I said it as a joke)

Just a minute! No effort on your part elicits no effort on ours! You need to do what you can and ask questions about what you do not understand.

In 1-7 you are working with possessive adjectives = mi/mis, tu/tus/ su/sus/ nuestro, -a, -os, -as, (I don't see vosotros = vuestro, -a, -os, -as because many text books don't teach it) and su/sus

In #8 - 15 you are working with the past participle, ending in -do (if regular), -to, -cho, -so.

La SraJMcGin tiene razón, deben esforzarse en resolver este ejercicio. Por otra parte, debes tener en mente que hay varias frases que un hispano-hablante no diria (there are many phrases that we never say, ex.given: "la computadora de tu y yo" better: "la computadora tuya y mía", or "nuestra computadora", or "la computadora nuestra"; same case: "las sillas de ti", better say: "las sillas tuyas", or "tus sillas".
