Q.) 30% of the adult population was offline in terms of being able or willing to access the internet. New data relating to the year 2010 (sourced from The Office for National Statistics) indicated that this group numbered 9.2 million in 2010.
Using these figures and taking the UK adult population in 2010 to be 50 million, calculate the percentage points reduction in offline UK adults indicated by the 2010 data.
