a = -F / m = -15 / 8 = -1.875m/s^2.
a. Vf = Vo + at,
t = (Vf - Vo) / a,
t = (0 - 22) / -1.875 = 11.73s.
b. Vf^2 = Vo^2 + 2ad,
Solve for d and get:
d = (Vf^2 - Vo^2) / 2a,
d = (0 - (22)^2) / -3.75 = 129.1m.
