While peforming a concert , Queen plays at average intensity levels of 2 W/m^2. Then during a sudden loud part of the music, the amplitude of the sound waves , initially A1 increases by a factor of 5. By how many decibels does the sound level increase?

If amplitude increases by 5x, intensity (power/area) increases by 25x. That corresponds to 14.0 dB
(10 x Log10 of 25)
