How many gallons of paint are necessary to paint the walls of a 15' by 12' room with an 8' ceiling if one gallon of paint covers 80 square feet?

Your response is quite clear to me. Please write it in simple form. Thanks.

**Ms. Sue**, Monday, June 13, 2011 at 6:29pm2 walls @ 15 * 8 = 240 sq. feet

2 walls @ 12 * 8 = 192 sq. ft.

240 + 192 = 432 sq. ft.

432 / 80 = ?
