Thank you for your corrections. I'm still doubtful on a few things.
I did some corrections myself. Can you please tell me if they are possible?
it's really urgent.

1)My name is Michele and I was born in Torino on 23 March 1997. When I was three years old, I moved with my family to Rome.
2) Now I'm 14 years old and I attend the third and last year of middle school "Scuola Media".
3)I have a lot of friends in my class, but we often argue about football.
I’m the only student in my class who supports Juventus whereas all my other classmates support football teams like Napoli or Roma.
4) My family consists of my mother Lucia, my father Francesco and my sister Laura.
5) My hobbies are tennis and football. In my free time I like playing computer games or reading a fantasy book.

[You could also say "reading science fiction" but "fantasy book" is redundant, in addition to having two nouns together!]
