Business relationships often present ethical dilemmas:
not easily resolved
easily resolved by following the relevant laws
best resolved by creating a lose-lose situation
irrelevant and therefore require no action
Gee -- with this school subject, I thought you might be posting a religion question. What does Providence have to do with business ethics? (Maybe it does, but I doubt it.)
Ethics and laws are often different. No one wins in a lose-lose situation. Of course business relationships are relevant.
