A floor measures 19' by 16'. There is a rug centered on the floor with a 2'border all the way around the rug. If the carpet cost 415.00 per square yard, find the cost of the rug.
Remember: convert yards to feet.

rug is 15*12 = 180 ft^2/9ft^2 per yard = 20 square yards

20*415 = 8300

That is quite an expensive rug.
