The Oppenheimer brothers took advantage of the gold rush in Cariboo and the many people who flocked to this area. These brothers built a profitable business by supplying the transportation and goods needed by these gold miners and new settlers.

We always need you to be specific as possible. There is more than one Oppenheimer family! Thee is a musical family, there is a Chicago family, but I suspect you are referring to the South African family? If I knew for sure, I would not list some of the sites I have. Of course, there is always information, but until I hear from you which family, I'll keep collecting what I have.
