y = (1/4) x + b
-2 = (1/4)(2) + b
-2 = 1/2 + b
-2.5 = b
so
y = (1/4) x -2.5
put in y = 3
3 = (1/4) x - 2.5
5.5 = 1/4 x
x = 22
