I NEED TO WRITE AN EQUATION OF THE LINE WITH THE GIVEN SLOPE AND GIVEN YINTERCEPT LEAVE ANSWER IN SLOPEINTERCEPT FORM
SLOPE 2/3,YINTERCEPT (0,5)

A common form of a linear equation in the two variables x and y is:
y=m*x+b
m=slope
b=yintercept
y=m*k+b
y=(2/3)*x+5
Please do not use all capitals. Online it is like SHOUTING. Not only is it rude, but it is harder to understand. Thank you.

determine whether the graphs will be parallel,perpendicular, or neither......
y=2/3x6
2x4=3y
