What is the difference between an executive agreement and treaties?

  • Government - ,

The only differences are a treaty requires a 2/3 vote from Senate, Executive Agreement can be done by the President alone, and A Treaty is something eveyone knows about and can last forever, an Executive Agreement doesnt have to be made known and may only last while that president is in office.
