Your post isn't complete without a molarity of the NaOH AND small letters (lower case) hcl don't mean anything.
HCl + NaOH ==> NaCl + H2O
moles NaOH = M x L = ??
Convert moles NaOH to moles HCl using the coefficients in the balanced equation. They are one so moles HCl = moles NaOH.
M HCl = moles HCl/L HCl
