I could use some help on this please.
Write a linear function that satisfies the given conditions:

h(-1) = 4, h(0) = -5

y= mx+b

4=m(-1)+b
-5=m(0)+b

from the second, b=-5
y= mx-5
now from the first,
4=m(-1)-5
m=-9

y-9x-5 is the equation of the line
