First of all, it is not a question. The question would be:
¿Podemos alquilar dos películas?
Decide if you want to say yes or no first of all.
Sí, podemos alquilárlos OR Sí, los podemos alquilar.
No, no podemos alquilárlos OR No, no los podemos alquilar.
I do not know if you have studied yet that with an infinitive there are 2 positions. One is after and attached to the infinitive, worrying about accent marks for pronunciation AND in the regular position before the conjugated verb.
Please ask any questions you might have concerning this. Another point to consider is: "Are you IN the group? If so, you answer with nosotros." If not, and you are speaking to a group, you must use ustedes: Ustedes pueden, etc.
