what is the next number in the pattern 5,3,7,5,9,7,11?

5 - 2 = 3
3 + 4 = 7
7 - 2 = 5
5 + 4 = 9
9 - 2 = 7
7 + 4 = 11

What pattern do you see?

You are adding 2 to every other number

so 5,3,7,5,9,7,11,?

5 to 7, 7 to 9, 9 to 11

3 to 5,5 to 7,7 to ?

?=9
