for 2 metal bars with one twice as large as the other of same alloy, which produces longer wavelength? highest frequency? highest velocity?

Larger bar -> longer wavelength and lower frequency. That will be true of all the corresponding modes. There will not be a single frequency.

Wave velocities do not depend upon size or shape.
