is the answer c?

2. Find the distance between the pair of points. Round to the nearest tenth, if necessary. (-10, -8) and (-3, 12)
a. 13.6
b. 21.2
c. 23.4
d. 15.1
is the answer b?

3. The coordinates of the endpoints of a segment are given. Find the coordinates of the midpoint of the segment. G(-7, 7), H(-1, 7)
a. (4,-8)
b. (7,-4)
c. (-4,7)
d. (-3.5,7)
is the answer a?

4. The coordinates of the endpoint of a segment are given. Find the coordinates of the midpoint of the segment. A(4, 12), B(2, -2)

1. and 2. are correct

Both of your midpoints are wrong.

To get the midpoint, ADD the x's and divide by 2, then add the y's and divide by 2

so
3. for the x's (-7 + (-1))/2 = -4
for the y's (7+7)/2 = 7
midpoint is (-4,7) which would be c)

try 4. the same way and you should get (3,5)
