How to complete the following number sentences so that the answer to each is 1.
x/100 + 6/100 +75/100 =1
x/10 2/10 4/10 2/10 = 1

Below are the answers:
19/100 + 6/100 +75/100 =1
18/10 2/10 4/10 2/10 = 1
explain it to me please because I'm confused

could you work out the problems so i could get a better understanding how to solve x

x/100 + 6/100 + 75/100 =1
x/100 + 81/100 = 100/100
x/100 = 19/100
x = 19
Try the second one yourself. I'll be glad to check your answer.
x/90 10/904/902/90=1

18/206/20+x/20=1
x=2018+6
x=8
Your last problem is correct.

x/9010/904/902/90=1
x/906/902/90
x/904/90=90/90
x=86
what about this one

You're on the right track and close. However, you missed 2/90 in the original problem.

3/191/19+7/19+x/19=1
x=193+1+7
x=16+8
x=24
In this problem, 19 is the denominator. When adding and subtracting fractions with the same denominator, only add or subtract the numerators.
