5 x y^2 (1 + 3x - 5 + 13 x) =5 x y^2 (2x+9)
5 x y^2 ( 16 x-4) = 5 x y^2 (2x+9)
20 x y^2 (4x-1) = 5 x y^2 (2x+9)
or
4(4x-1) = 2 x + 9
14 x = 13
