I just did a multiple choice practice test. For the question "A gene pool is..." I was in between C). the genes that are available to a community and D). The sum total of all the genes of all the individuals in the population. The book says D is correct. How is D different from C, and why is it the correct option?
C only implies one group of many while D includes EVERYone.
