a. C = 4X + 3000.

b. AC = (4X + 3000) / X.

c. AC = (4*20 + 3000) / 20 = $154.

Multiply both sides by x:

4X + 3000 = 5X,

5X - 4X = 3000,

X = 3000 Animals.
