You need to be more specific. Turbidity of what and how are you measuring it?
Here's is what I did:
Collect water samples from Farm Lane bridge (500 mL minimum)þ
Filter water samples using small mesh filter
Note: Weigh the dried filter before filtration!
Dry the filter in drying oven (~24 hours)þ
Weigh the filter after drying.
Do I measure turbidity using a before and after measurment of my water samples?
