15. Often you can eliminate some, even if you can't figure out the right answer. tener takes que before an infinitive and vamos takes "a" so both are out. Yes, A.

16. C is out because it is plural, leaving D.

18. Why are you not sure? el vidrio y el aluminio = los.D for sure.

19. B. They say but we don't know why.

21. B a threat.

By now you should be able to guess a lot better. "I'm not sure" is NOT an answer!
