Circle one of the following is what the directions state. I think that the answer is increases for all of them but I just want to make sure can someone help me?

Cardiovascular activity (increases/decreases) resting heart rate.
Cardiovascular activity (increases/decreases) working heart rate.
Cardiovascular activity (increases/decreases) blood flow to the working muscles.
