As we discussed, I have made reservations for three days for a sweet of rooms at the North British Hotel in Glasgow Scotland. There are three connection rooms in the sweet. It should suite your needs quite satisfactorily.
In addition to all the places we discussed on Tuesday, I definitely think that you should be sure to visit the Scottish Right cathedral on Highland Road.
I am concern that we may not have advocated adequate time for this stop. We usually advocate that our clients spend a week in Glasgow. If you concur please write to let me know and I shall change your reservations.

I am not the best at english but I do see one mistake. In the second paragraph I am pretty sure that concern should be concerned at least it sounds better.

Again "sweet" should be "suite." Three connecting rooms in the suite.

Yes, I am "concerned" and a comma after "If you concur," in the last sentence.
