For the against part--that would be that it's a big step of risk towards human health. Not safe, and safety should always come first. Big events such as an "earthquake" itself can occur. Country can be destroyed, destruction.
-World uranium supplies may run out in about 50 years.
-Nuclear power stations are at risk from terrorist attack and sabotage.
-The waste that is produced when using nuclear fuel is radioactive and very harmful. It needs to be disposed of carefully
For the favourable part--I guess that its just easier to use, and faster.
-nuclear energy provides benefits other than electricity generation.
-the amount of waste produced is the least of any major energy production process
-costs are competitive with coal, the major source used in the world
-You only need a very small amount of nuclear fuel to make a lot of energy
-Nuclear fuel does not make harmful greenhouse gases.
