And place in order greatest to least

1/3, 4/9, 3/4, 5/6, 5/8, 2/3 3/12, 2/5

5 4/4 = 3/4 = 5 3/4

You could find the common denominator for those fractions and convert them to equivalent fractions. But the easier way is to convert these fractions to decimals.

1/3 = 0.33

4/9 = 0.44

and so on
