Homework Help: Geometry

I missed this problem on my test. I had 23 ft and the correct answer was 16 ft.
How should I of worked this problem?

A trapezoid has base lengths of 8.5 and 14.5 feet with the area of 184 square feet. What is the height of the trapezoid? Thanks for your help!
