Gross Revenue, r(x)=7x3 + 6x2 – 6x – 3
Costs, c(x) = 6x2 – 9x + 9
So
Profit = revenue - costs
=r(x)-c(x)
=(7x3+6x2–6x–3) - (6x2–9x+9)
Add like terms and simplify.
