I'm in 5th grade and my teacher won't accept that. Is there any other way?
I don't understand. What else did the teacher say about this assignment?
For the other words i sorted them in homophones and suffixes.
All of them have the sound of ssss, but two of them use "c" to represent the sss sound. The other two use "sc" for sss.

muscle/mussel
cereal/serial
And recital has a suffix.
