Vera wrapped a package that measured 8 in. by 10 in. by 5 in. Find the surface are of the package.

I really don't know why I'm having trouble with this problem, but for some reason I just don't know where to start it.

Assuming this is a rectangular cube, like a box --

two sides measure 8 by 10
two sides measure 8 by 5
two sides measure 10 by 5

Find the areas of each of these sides and add them together.
