an airplane is flying horizontally over ocean at the speed of 200 meters/seconds and at the altiude of 2000 meters.the pilot drops a flare.

A. how many second after release does the flare hit the water?
b.At what distance from point p,directly under point of release does the flare hit the water(what is the range of flare)?
