First you want an attention getting introduction.
Second, you want to organize the important aspects of the store. Start from most outstanding. Give a brief description of each.
Last you want to sell the store!~ Why should the buyer use this store as opposed to others.
Last in presentation...think charm and enthusiasm and sincerity.
