why are the needed and how are trhey there to enhace the future
I'd like to see your answers; then I'll comment with my opinion.
• Performance appraisals are must to enhance the efficiency of employees and definitely they enhance future performance as they encourage employees to work hard but this performance appraisal must be unbiased otherwise it promotes politics at work place.
Good.
Appraisals also point out strengths and weaknesses of the employee's performance. They show the employee in which areas and skills improvement is needed and help the employee fulfill his/her job competently.
