The train comes at 7:00, 7:20, and 7:40
7:08 + :15 = 7:23
He would arrive at 7:23 but he would miss the train at 7.
7:08 + 0:15 = 7:23-7:20= 3 Minutes Late
7:40 - 7:23 = he would wait 17 minutes for the next train
