Claim adjustments often have negative things in them, yes?
I tried to find examples of Claim adjustment letters and they look so nice.That is why I'm so confused.Maybe I don't understand something.So sad.
Of course, direct requests could be negative, too, depending on what the request is!
I'd still go with claim adjustment, mostly because if there has been a claim (that something was wrong) and it had to be adjusted, there's at least one negative in there, right?
