Marissa has budgeted $65 for her mothly cell phone expense. If her plan with her wireless provider is $15 plus $0.25 for each minute, how many minutes can she talk on her cell phone in a month and not exceed her budget?

if you subtract 15(extra $15) from 65(budgey) you get 50(budget without extra $15).
then divide 50(budget without the extra $15) by 0.25(cost for a min.) and you get 200(how many min. you can talk).
meaning she can talk for 3hours and 20min.(200min.) max without exceeding her budget.
