I'm finding it difficult to write the instructions for a strawberry salad. (Can you say it in English)? Thank you very much for your help.

1) Remember the most common non-reflexive verbs in English through this story.
2) Which are considered as low marks in the USA? Does "A" correspond to very good, "B" to good, C/D/E to what?
Which marks are below a pass?
3) Do you have to take a make-up exam in September if you fail a subject in June? (Can you help me formulate this question which is addressed to American students?)
4)Do you know the names of dances (or dance music) which are popular among American teenagers and which are also taught at school?
5) How old are junior and sophomore students?

Which marks are below a pass?
A = excellent (90-100%); B = very good (80-89%); C = average (70-79% or as a district or state determines; for my grandchildren, C is 75-79%); D = poor (60-69%; or as in my grandchildren's district, 70-74%); F = failure (59% and below; or as in my grandchildren's district, 69% and below). The different ranges may vary by district, county, state or whatever.

3) Do you have to take a make-up exam in the summer or in September if you fail a subject in June? (Generally, if a student fails a whole course, s/he has to repeat the entire course. A make-up exam would be taken only if the student missed the final exam for the semester because of illness or something the school agrees is "excused"!)

4)Do you know the names of dances or dance music which are popular among American teenagers and which are also taught at school?

5) How old are high school sophomore and junior students?

6) Remember the following expressions:
