Plot a graph of force vs. stretch.
Find the slope. The Slope of the graph is called the spring constant.

1)What does the slope of the graph tell you?

2) If someone had a graph with a slope twice as steep as yours, but you both applied the same amount of force to your springs, how would the stretches compare?
