Homework Help: English

I have to write an argumentative paper on the topic: Recent changes to Georgia's HOPE scholarship program. To start off I wanted to conduct some research on the topic, but I only want to use good secondary sources from academic websites or something like that...Can someone please help me find at least two good websites that I can use for this paper?
