Can you check these sentences for me, please? I really need to know if they are possible because I need to meet some American teachers tomorrow.

1)How do you call the teacher who is at the head of the English Department in a high school?
2) She has organised a variety of cultural and free-time activities for a group of American pupils aged between 14 and 17 who will be visiting our school next week.
3) We are all pleased to welcome them to our school, which was founded nearly 30 years ago and is well known (?) for its excellent preparation (?) in scientific studies.
4) None of my students is involved in the students' exchange. However, I'll do my best so that (?) everything goes well (?).
5) Can you say "If I was she (or her?)
What would you say to a foreigner , who has just arrived at your school?
6) "Pleased to me you. I hope you'll have a nice time here in Italy. We'll certainly see each other during this and the next week.
7) I will be honoured to invite you to have lunch (?) with my family. Would it be all right with you, if you had lunch with us next Monday?
8) I can't be with you all day since I have to pick up my child from school at 4 pm every day.

What would you say to a foreigner , who has just arrived at your school?
[I'm not sure what you need here. I'd say, "If I were you, I'd.... " or "If I were that teacher, ... "]
