Assuming that the field strength dimensions are Volts per meter, and that the 27 degrees is the angle between the E field direction and the surface (rather than the normal to the surface), then the electric flux is:
Area * sin27 * (E field strength)
The area must be in square meters. You need to be more careful stating what the dimensions are when you do physics calculations.
