Homework Help: Geography

Ok I have a really hard question that my teacher said requires the internet...How did the Communist Rule contribute to the pollution problems of Eastern Europe? I googled it and up came this Wikipedia page but there was nothing on it....I am Really confused!!!Please Help!!!

I found that site by Googling Eastern Europe pollution. It was the first site.

The trick is to choose the best few words to Google. Almost always the information I need is in one of the first five sites on the Google page.
