a rectangle has length which is twice the width. if the diagonal is the 5 times the square root of 5 meters long, find the perimeter of the rectangle.

L=Lenght
W=With
D=Diagonal
P=Perimeter

L=2W

D=sqroot(L^2+W^2)

D=sqroot[(2W)^2+W^2=5*sqroot(5)

sqroot(4W^2+W^2)=5*sqroot(5)

sqroot(5W^2)=5*sqroot(5)

sqroot(5)*W=5*sqroot(5)

Diwide booth sides with sqroot(5)

W=5

W=5m

L=2W

L=10

L=10m

P=2L+2W=2(L+W)=2*(5+10)=2*15=30

P=30m
