can i know how to paraphrase :

1) fresh and dried cherries are one of the only natural food sources of melatonin, the chemical that controls the body`s internal clock to regulate sleep. researches who tested tart cherries and found high levels of melatonin recommend eating them an hour before bedtime or before a trip when you want to sleep on the plane.

2) physical activity stimulates various brain chemicals that may leave you feeling happier and more relaxed than you were before you worked out. you`ll also look better and feel better when you exercise regularly, which can boost your confidence and improve your self-esteem. regular physical activity can help prevent depression.
