The label of a spread says that it contains, per 100 g product: 80 g fat; 20 g saturated fat. What is the percentage of saturated fatty acids expected in the fat extracted from this spread?
none of these

well, if you extract the fat, you should get 80g, so 20g of that is 1/4th.
