To all ABC Internet Customers:
We have resolved the problem we were having with the Internet backbone for Southern Illinois. There was an NAP (DO NAP CUSTOMERS KNOW THE MEANING OF THIS ACRONYM? IF NOT, EXPLAIN) connection that was having trouble in Atlanta, Georgia. This is been resolved. The speed is much better again. Thank you for your patience, while we corrected this problem.
We have been working on several improvements for the past two months. We are installing a T3 backbone connection. This large backbone pipe allow(S) our customers to enjoy much better speed for downloads. No other Internet provider in the area has this style of backbone connection. This will be completed within the next two months.
We’re installing a T3 wireless backbone between Purduka and Mount Vernon. This is the first of its kind to cross the Kentucky/Illinois state border. This large pipe will allow us to deliver a large amount of bandwidth for many types of services.
We’re installing our own phone switch. This will allow us to have 99 percent control over dial tone (modern) services ("THAT") provide local and long distance phone service and bundle these services together in one bill.
NEW PARAGRAPH TO INDICATE CHANGE IN IDEAS, TIMES, PLACES OR PERSONS.
Our prices will be competitive. Our local phone service customers will have features available that have not been available in the past in this area.
Our technical support division will be extending its hours of operation later this summer.
We will have an on-site technical support team available to you. This service will be used for those issues that we cannot resolve over the phone. There may be a nominal fee charge to cover the time and gas for our technical team. This fee will not be more than $25.

In the future, if nobody is available to proofread your work, you can do this yourself. After writing your material, put it aside for a day — at least several hours. (This breaks mental sets you might have that keep you from noticing problems.) Then read it aloud as if you were reading someone else's work. (Reading aloud slows down your reading, so you are less likely to skip over problems.)
If your reading goes smoothly, that is fine. However, wherever you "stumble" in your reading, other persons are likely to have a problem in reading your material. Those "stumbles" indicate areas that need revising.
Another option, if it is available on your computer, is to have the computer read it to you.
Also, make use of "Spelling and Grammar" under "Tools" in your word processing program.
Once you have made your revisions, repeat the process above. Good papers often require many drafts.
Proofread for spelling Capilization, commas error, & any other mistakes.
