Area of reccangle is a*b

If the angle between the two unequal side is a right angle that is half of rectacangle.

In this case: A=(1/2)*(a*b)

A=(1/2)*(15*20)

A=(1/2)*300

A=150cm^2

1/2*(24*25)

=1/2*600

=300
