Homework Help: Spanish 1-Please check my answer

Eres mayor o menor que tu hermano?

Would I say Soy mayor que tu hermano. if I was older than him? or should I say something else?

To answer a question in Spanish , until you are used to doing that, follow these steps:
1. look at the Spanish question.
2. Translate it into English = Are you older or younger than your brother.
3. Answer FIRST in English = I am older than MY brother.
4. now you see the error? Try the Spanish. Soy mayor que mi hermano.
5. Lastly, look at your answer and try to come up with the question that ellicited that answer.
